Returns
If you're not delighted with OceAura, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if the bottle is opened. Just email our support team and we'll guide you through the process.
Track Order
We send your tracking number by email within 2 days of placing your order. If you haven't received it after 2 business days, contact us at info.oceaura@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
